Lufthansa Airbus I have a question about United airlines and Lufthansa?
Im traveling with united( Lufthansa airline but operated by United) to Frankfurt, and then have a connecting flight with lufthansa. The United aircraft is Boeing 777-200/300
the Lufthansa is Airbus Industrie A340-300 and Boeing 747-400
I wanted to know info like the food service, whether they have personal tvs and how much space each seat has. I've already checked seatguru and didnt really get my answer. traveling with economy
All Boeing 777 have personal tvs in economy. I don't know the Airbus models, but they are more comfortable...the seats in economy are huge, like flying 1st class domestic. When I flew Lufthansa on Airbus, my seat had a tv in economy. United has terrible service, but Lufthansa is rated one of the best companies in the world for customer service. Their food is very good too. However, 747's don't have much room, or amenities. I'd hope for the Airbus.

I am getting a dog and I am wondering if Lufthansa airbus is pet friendly and if the pets can stay in the cabin if they are small.
If you are going to bring a pet on Lufthansa (regardless of airplane, flight, and destination), you will need to contact the Lufthansa Reservation Offices or Lufthansa Airport Ticketing Team in person.
You may take a dog or cat into the cabin, if the weight of the animal (including transport container) does not exceed eight kilograms. The animal has to be kept in a box measuring not more than 55 x 40 x 20 cm. You may use your own transport box if it has the necessary measurement and is watertight. In addition, Lufthansa offers you a "Pet Box" for most stations at the check-in counters free of charge.
